What this means to you is that we have the technical support of one of the largest control manufacturers in the United States. What were formerly known as Siebe Environmental Controls, Barber-Colman, Erie and Robertshaw Commercial Systems are now Invensys Building Systems. This grouping of companies and our representation of them allow us to offer many different products and approaches to solve your facility's needs.We offer complete Building Automation Systems (BAS) which include: lighting control, card key access, building security, energy management, heating and air conditioning control and indoor air quality. We sell, install and service any of the above mentioned services. These can be configured as stand-alone or networked together. Information can then be viewed from one centralized location, such as the building's maintenance office or via modem to any remote location. We also offer mechanical equipment service that would cover everything from your Rooftop Units to Exhaust Fans. We have on-staff North American Technical Excellence (NATE) and Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) certified mechanics capable of servicing your mechanical equipment needs under a variety of contract and non-contract proposals. By having us take care of your mechanical needs as well as your control systems you would have total systems technicians available to not only troubleshoot possible problem areas, but maintain your facility to its full capacity.  |
